According to its by laws, Guardian Angels Foundation
is a public benefit corporation organized for the following purposes:

to facilitate the delivery of health care;

to provide financial assistance to victims of cancer to help defray unreimbursed costs for medical care services and drugs;

to raise funds through donations and contributions to be managed and distributed consistent with the other purposes of the corporation;

to carry on those activities permitted under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code...
The Officers of Guardian Angels are:

Linda Thomas - Treasurer
